Karen, a native of Middle Tennessee, graduated from University of Tennessee. She worked as a Flight Attendant for over 20 years for Delta Airlines. She is married to a Nashville native, Chip Dobbs, Nashville Complex Manager and Senior Vice President of Wachovia Securities. They have two daughters, Brittany, attending University of Tennessee and Hayley, attending St. Cecilia Academy.
Experience
Karen began her career in Real Estate in 1983. She specializes in the Nashville, Brentwood and Franklin areas. From first time homeowners to buyers and sellers of exclusive luxury properties. Karen has learned the real estate business from the ground up and has continued her education by earning her Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR). Her Flight Attendant skills in helping and taking care of people has been a great asset in her Real Estate Career.
Karen joined Worth Properties in March 2005, to form a partnership with Beth Molteni. Along with their assistant, Marissa Watson, they are focusing on the Luxury Home marketplace. Together, they all are very active in the Nashville area, and Karen and Beth together have an average of over 20 years experience in Real Estate.
In Karen’s Real Estate career, she has been a multiple recipient of the Silver Awards of Excellence, from the Greater Nashville Board of Realtors.
