Real Estate Background
Libby is a Life Member of the Awards of Excellence, has the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS)
designations. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors.
Libby has been in real estate since 1983. Before her real estate career, she taught school in rural communities as well as inner city.
Community Involvement
Libby is active in her community as a sustaining member of the Junior League of Nashville and has served on boards within the Nashville area. She is a lifetime member of the Episcopal Church. She is involved with Mobile Loaves and Fishes, Cheekwood Botanical Gardens, and Friends of Warner Parks.
Personal
Libby is married to Keith Perryman who is a home builder and past President of the Middle Tennessee Homebuilders Association. He was awarded the “Homebuilder of the Year” in 1986. They have three daughters. Two are married and living in Louisville, KY and Dallas, Texas. One is living in Nashville. Libby is an avid reader and enjoys walking the park with friends, hiking, and especially playing with her grandchildren.
