Background
Becky Crawford is a native Tennessean and Nashvillian for almost 30 years. She attended Union University in Jackson, Tennessee, and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts. She has extensive
experience in managing complex business, political and non-profit projects and events. She is composed in high intensity environments in which balancing multiple tasks, attending carefully to details, and being an energetic team player is a priority.
Prior to her real estate career, Becky has had extensive experience in public relations, political
campaigns, special events management, meeting and conference planning, and working directly for people in the highest levels of government and community endeavors. These experiences include:
- Working directly for three of Tennessee’s Governors
- Development Officer at Belmont University and event coordinator of the Opening
ceremonies for the Jack C. Massey School of Business
- State Director of Kids Voting, USA
- Communications Director of First Presbyterian Church from 1988 to 1998
- Tennessee Housing and Transportation Co-Chairman for three Republican National
Conventions: Kansas City, Dallas and New Orleans
Becky and her husband, Rev. John Crawford, left their Tennessee roots from 1998 – 2008 to serve in church ministry in Enid, OK, and Houston, TX. Her real estate career began in 2000 when she combined her organizational skills with her people skills and became an Oklahoma Real Estate Associate.
From the beginning of her career, Becky‘s focus has been “listening” to her client’s goals.
Every move is motivated by a desire to change one’s present circumstances, whether they are moving into a first home, moving up, downsizing, or moving out. It is my mission to assist each client in achieving their objective as smoothly and successfully as possible. It’s like putting the pieces of a fun puzzle together!
In 2008, Becky and her husband returned to Nashville. During the ten years they were away, Nashville real estate soared. However, the economic down-turn was beginning and perhaps a time one would question entering real estate.
“I was confident it would not last forever,” Becky states. “Nashville continues to draw new
businesses to our area, and there is always a need to help those for whom life circumstances and changes won’t wait. It is especially important during these emotional and challenging times to have a knowledgeable realtor with whom you can trust and communicate.”
