I moved from Madison, Wisconsin 25 years ago when Beatrice Foods moved the Swiss Miss
division to Nashville. After 6 months Beatrice Foods joined with Hunt-Wesson and rather than move to California, I decided that Nashville was a great place to stay so my two children could complete High School.
During my business careers with Alcoa, Quaker Oats, Beatrice/Swiss Miss and Tennessee Pride I was a Salesman, Brand Manager and Marketing Director.
I received a BS degree from the University of Illinois majoring in Marketing and Economics and completed graduate courses in Real Estate at the University of Wisconsin. My wife is the Managering Attorney of the family law section at Legal Aid of Middle Tennessee. My daughter is an Engineering Professor at The University of Virginia and my son is a US Navy Commander.
I began investing in real estate after college and continue to this day. It has provided the financial freedom to give my family many advantages.
I have been a Nashville Realtor for over 15 years with Langford/Parks and Worth Properties, LLC, receiving the Million Dollar Award of Excellence each year.
Because I believe in giving back to the community I am Court Appointed Special Advocate for Children in Foster Care, member of the Foster Care Review Board and have a radio program on the Talking Library Service to the blind and disabled.
I enjoy selling Real Estate, should have done it years ago, and consider it a trust to represent Buyers and Sellers.
Being a member of Worth Properties is an honor. We were voted The Best Places to Work by Nashville Business Journal again and again.
Although I am involved in important community work, I am careful to always work as though it was my home when representing a Buyer or Seller.
