Ryan is a 28 year old transplant to Nashville who has spent his childhood immersed in the real estate and construction industries. His mother - a seasoned real estate professional, his father - a 30yr veteran of sales, and his uncle - a custom builder; have provided him a tailor made mold for real estate sales. His collegiate years were spent at Indiana University in Bloomington where he received his major in Marketing through the highly respected Kelley School of Business, with a minor focus on Psychology. While at IU Ryan learned a good amount in the class room, but perhaps even more through his involvement within campus extracurriculars as a Social Chairman and Executive Board Member. It’s this balance of technical knowledge, personality, and understanding people that has paved the young entrepreneurs way to success in his professional life.
His professional real estate journey began with Pulte Homes, a Fortune 500 company and top producing US home builder, as an onsite sales professional in Nashville, TN in June 2003. After spending almost four years with the company and gaining a wealth of training and experience, Ryan made the choice to get a bit more self-involved with the industry and turned to a private developer by the name of Dave McGowan. While building a better foundation of true business knowledge under Mr. McGowan, Ryan was solely responsible for the company’s urban Nashville properties totaling just over $11M, and sold out over a short 18 month period. Which brings us to today, where Ryan is actively growing his business as a general real estate professional with perhaps the most reputable firm in town, Worth Properties. Ryan takes seriously his goal to not only earn clients, but to keep them as happy affiliates and friends that he continues to work with throughout their evolving lives.
Ryan is a member of the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors, the Tennessee Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. He has been recognized through GNAR's Awards of Excellence program for his sales volume within the Nashville market. In his time working within the real estate industry Ryan has sold upwards of $30M in property and worked with 100+ buyers/sellers. In addition to real estate sales, Ryan actively renovates and restores homes in and around the south Nashville area and has an incredible passion for architecture and design.
