Kathy was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and relocated with her family to Nashville, Tennessee where she has resided for over 30 years.
Kathy attended Middle Tennessee State University where she studied Interior Design. Kathy worked as a Sales and Marketing Executive and Manager of Customer Service in her family’s textile manufacturing company, where the company converted fabric into filters for various industries. The family business was sold in 1990.
Kathy decided to pursue her love for cooking as a partner in Divine Catering. She served a large client base and used her skills to create theme events. Kathy went on to use her talents to provide Estate Management Services for business and music industry executives.
Kathy began her Real Estate career in 2003 when she joined Fridrich & Clark Realty as a Residential Realtor.
She affiliated with Laura Baugh while achieving great success at Fridrich & Clark. In November of 2004 Kathy joined Worth Properties where she continues to specialize in residential real estate sales. Kathy is a member of the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors where she was awarded the Silver Award for her sales achievements in 2006. Kathy offers her clients professional real estate services with a focus on
meeting the ever changing needs of both buyers and sellers.
Kathy has a daughter who graduated from Western Kentucky University and is currently employed by a local real estate firm. Kathy resides in Brentwood, she enjoys cooking, hiking and entertaining.
