Bailey Robinson IV joined the Worth Team in 2018. Prior to joining forces with Worth Properties, Bailey was forging his 15-year career in Real Estate Development while living in New York City. After leaving his life as a financial analyst with Oppenheimer Funds he decided to further his education at NYU earning a professional degree in Construction and Project Management. From there, his path took shape, as he was able to experience many different facets of the real estate business while working in one of the World’s most competitive markets. His first step was as a project coordinator for a commercial curtain wall installation company named Alumanine based in Astoria, Queens. Here was responsible for new project bidding and job scheduling. From there he moved to Titanium Construction where he was the project manager for carpentry and finishing packages for both commercial and residential projects. During this phase, he began to lean towards a more service-based role working with real estate agents and homebuyers. Seeing a void in the marketplace for buyer’s representation he started his own consulting firm, B4 and After Consulting. He was able to focus on the buyer’s needs by conducting all walkthroughs and coordinating the closing process in regards to finish work. Two large Real Estate Development Companies; Centurion Real Estate Partners followed by Extell Development soon recruited him. They both are full-service real estate acquisition, development, and management companies that specialize in identifying, financing and managing real estate investments on behalf of institutional clients and sophisticated high net worth investors. He took on the role of sponsor’s rep & closing coordinator working in conjunction with Corcoran Sunshine Group, where he was able to work with some of the best sales and marketing teams in the country. His sharp eye for market trends, his ability to connect with clients and his knowledge in construction and design made Bailey an integral part of the team.
During his career in New York, Bailey was responsible for over $1 Billion in real estate sales and never once missed a closing date. He holds a B.A. from Belmont University.
He has recently relocated with his family, wife and 3 little girls, to his hometown of Nashville.
