Emily understands that buying or selling a home or investment property is one of the most important transactions and investment decisions of a person’s life. With that in mind, she strives to make the entire real estate process rewarding, enjoyable and fun. Her on-target recommendations are always based on facts and reliable market analysis, and on her vast knowledge of real estate and the market. Patient yet persistent, she is also highly detail oriented and a very determined negotiator.
Further fueling Emily’s interest in real estate is her direct involvement in custom & speculative building. She & her husband Danny, a builder and business owner for over 17 years, have built some of Nashville’s most exciting projects. Having new construction & land development experience, she utilizes these extensive resources to ensure optimal results for her clients.
On a personal note, Emily was born & raised in Union City, TN and attended David Lipscomb University where she pursued a career in Marketing/Development. Working in the Sports Marketing industry helped Emily hone her customer service & marketing skills. As a natural extension to the family business, Emily obtained her real estate license in 1999 to work with her husband. Emily & Danny live in Nashville with their son William Grey Rosen & spend their free time on Center Hill Lake.
