A Nashville native, Stephen Parker believes it is important to partner with a real estate professional who truly knows the local market: Not only where it’s been, but also where it’s going.
“As a native, I know the neighborhoods of Greater Nashville and have watched them grow. As a Realtor and active real estate investor, I’m constantly assessing homes, schools, and communities all over the Nashville area and surrounding suburbs (Brentwood, Franklin, Leiper’s Fork, Spring Hill, etc.) to match my clients with properties that meet their current—and future—needs.”
But even more than market knowledge, Stephen prides himself on his people skills and his ability to solve problems.
“My clients are busy people and really value my detail-oriented service–not only what I bring to the table, but also what I take off their plate. I want them to focus on their family, their relationships, and their upcoming move. Leave the rest to me.”
Proactive. Responsive. Dependable.
“I have always differentiated myself by being proactive, dependable, and responsive. My clients know that I do what I say I’m going to do and they never have to guess about what’s going on with their home purchase or sale. I’ve found that alleviates a lot of stress and uncertainty and it makes for a better experience.”
Stephen is married to his high school sweetheart—also a Nashville native and graduate of The Harpeth Hall School—Dr. Eva R. Parker, a dermatologist at Vanderbilt University Medical Center and president of the Nashville Dermatological Society and Vice President of the Williamson County Medical Society. A graduate of Brentwood High School and The University of Denver, Stephen sits on the Advisory Board for Best Buddies Tennessee and is the Goaltending Coach for the Brentwood Middle School Lacrosse team.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stephen is a 5-Star Agent on Google and Zillow and is a member of the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors, Tennessee Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. He is also a Pro member of the BiggerPockets Real Estate Investment Community and he posts regularly about buying, selling, and investing in real estate on YouTube and Instagram.
