Stephen is married to his high school sweetheart—also a Nashville native and graduate of The Harpeth Hall School—Dr. Eva R. Parker, a dermatologist at Vanderbilt University Medical Center and president of the Nashville Dermatological Society and Vice President of the Williamson County Medical Society. A graduate of Brentwood High School and The University of Denver, Stephen sits on the Advisory Board for Best Buddies Tennessee and is the Goaltending Coach for the Brentwood Middle School Lacrosse team.

BACKGROUND & BIO:
Stephen Parker joined Worth Properties, LLC after a successful career in digital marketing and Web design where he worked for several Fortune 500 companies and founded several businesses.
A Brentwood, TN native and Brentwood High School graduate, Stephen attended the University of Denver graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and a minor in Digital Media Studies.
His career began in Denver where he was a Webmaster with AT&T Broadband before moving to Chicago to work in digital content management for the likes of BP and Northern Trust and as Digital Strategies Director for a prominent public affairs firm. While in Chicago, he also founded a boutique Web design, SEO, and digital strategy firm.
In 2010, Stephen his wife, Dr. Eva R. Parker, relocated back to Nashville to be closer to family. Stephen continued to grow his Web design business until he was able to step away from the day-to-day operations to focus on real estate investing, getting his real estate license shortly thereafter.
Stephen has lived in Rutherford, Williamson, and Davidson counties and, as a Middle TN native, is very attuned to the nuances of the Greater Nashville market. Whether buying, selling, investing, or relocating, Stephen’s market knowledge, coupled with his personalized service, responsiveness, and attention to detail, is an asset in any real estate transaction.
Stephen and Eva reside in Edgehill where Music Row meets The Gulch with their rescue dogs and cat and they volunteer/support several local organizations including: Best Buddies Tennessee, the Nashville Entrepreneur Center, United Way, Siloam Health, Rally for Cancer, and the Nashville Humane Association.
