About Me
Steve Townes joined Worth Properties, LLC after a highly successful 25-year career in corporate sales management and marketing, where he worked with Fortune 500 companies and other multi-national corporations. A native of the Nashville area, Steve graduated from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. His career has taken him to Chicago and Cincinnati before relocating back to the Nashville area in 2003.
Steve has been married to his wife, Cindy, for 30 years and enjoys spending time with their college-aged son, Spencer. Together he and his family enjoy golf, following their favorite sports teams, and traveling. Steve loves giving back to this great community and currently serves on several local committees including the usher group at his local church and board positions with the Belmont Mansion Association and Belmont Foundation. He also enjoys participating in local Habitat for Humanity build projects and helping out at Graceworks.
